HWG EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Health Without Gaps Foundation (HWGF) is a nonprofit philanthropic organization stirred by faith to create or improve access to health and social services in our communities. HWG focuses on the practice of population groups that are consistent with improving, supporting, and maintaining the well-being of communities. As an agent for health-enhancing behaviors, HWGF partners with health and social organizations that work toward building healthy communities in Minnesota and beyond.
