OUR TARGETS

ACCESS TO CARE:

Vulnerable populations have difficulty accessing care, particularly quality of care. HWG targets on efforts to address gaps and barriers to care accessibility for vulnerable populations, which can certainly improve the health conditions of those populations.

HEALTHY BEHAVIORS:

HWG participates in programs and initiatives that empowers vulnerable communities. The organization further supports policy efforts that promote the activities of healthy living, such as healthy eating, physical activities, substance abuse prevention, et cetera.
