The strategies for managing resources, in dissertation include 3 major steps: identification of the related resources of dissertation, extraction of the relevant resources of the dissertation, and saving, storing and referencing of the extracted resources of dissertation. The identification of the related resources of dissertation means identifying the linked assets that could be used to simplify search results. Even if the resources are related, they may not be relevant in the search for scholarly evidences. All the research outcomes, keywords, and key terms used will be saved in cloud and local HDD for security backup and other relevant purposes.
Recent research identified intellectual assets and resources to be more effective if researchers and organizations can apply knowledge management techniques for cutting down their human resources and enhancing data personnel management (Soliman & Spooner, 2000).There is the issue of how many research applications progressively involve a great deal of unstructured data that may not be essential in the research direction (Doan, Ramakrishnan & Vaithyanathan, 2006). What is also important in strategic management of knowledge documentation is the ability to ensure extracted information is then exploited in search, browsing, querying, and mining. There is the belief that information extraction management provides many chances for comprehensive range of researchers in the knowledge community, and for both the short and long term research approach.
