There are people who have used different software to secure and backup data. It is a great to backup and secure research data, in dissertation. We can exemplified this aspect of data security to see how big organizations and companies work to effectively attain ultimate security balance in data management. The functions of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is an important topic in today’s global business operation. The risk management of information system is such an central agenda of ERM for organizations and researchers. Similarly, for many big companies such Amazon, effective utilization of information system is part of their success stories. These organizations constantly analyze ERM as part of routine task (Olson & Wu, 2012). Scholar practitioners and researchers can follow similar ERM techniques, in utilizing effective tools and software for protecting, saving and backing-up real-time data. I will urge taking caution on cloud security as it is certainly a major concern, although it brings some positive outputs if used efficiently. I believed it is not only the cloud security that is at risk but many parts of online tasks may stand jeopardies if not properly securitized.
