Positive social change happens when individuals strongly believe they have the control to make a difference–and they take necessary measures. There are people who seek to influence positive social change by creating lasting impacts in the lives of others. I take positive social change as a moral responsibility for who has the will and means to perform such action. As a lifelong commitment to assisting and helping others in need, positive social change can enable new learning environment and the people we interact with.
In terms of social change implication, Sim Chong, Beh Boon, Lim Hwee & Mat Jafri (2015) explored an expectation model for CO2 emissions with consumption of petroleum products as conjecturer variables. This is another milestone that relates to social implication for using multiple regression models among social science researchers. The resulted data of the study provided another discussion about the impact of social change in social science research community (Sim Chong, Beh Boon, Lim Hwee & Mat Jafri, 2015).
